Ruler (Saint Columba)

Despite being summoned as Ruler, the judge class for the Holy Grail War, this Servant seems less concerned about enforcing the rules and more about doing what's right.  His alignment is Lawful Good, but he veers far more Good than Lawful really.  Still, he's supposed to stay neutral which clearly grates on him, causing him to be somewhat frustrated when more evil acts run amock during the war.  Even though he can't tolerate evil, he's more likely to initially talk to them and try to get them to change their ways than to fight them, although he's not exactly averse to doing so if it comes down to it.  Really, he's rather fond of chatting with others, especially other Servants, even if he can get a bit preachy at times.

His true name is Saint Columba, Apostle to the Picts.  An Irish saint heavily associated with Scotland due to being the one who brought Christianity there, and due to one of the legends about him being the first documented appearance of a certain water beastie in history.  Because of that, his Noble Phantasm is none other than Loch Ness Monster: Great Beast of the Highland Lake, summoning forth Nessie herself.  The Monster is a powerful water dragon, and coupled with her fame makes her an exceptionally strong Noble Phantasm.  Of course, since Columba is summoned as Ruler, he unfortunately doesn't get to use her that much.
